Volunteers Needed! We need you!!

We need you!!  

 

All families are asked to help in some way during the show or in preparation.  Please let us know what you will be helping with. 

Here's what we need:

 

 

Costume Alterations:  shortening some hems and bringing seams in.

Volunteers needed during the shows:

sell tickets

sell flowers

sell candy/water

ushering

Chaperones:  need help during Dress Rehearsals and during the Shows.  Please do not just leave your young dancer unattended at dress rehearsal,  Have them bring things to do backstage.  They will not be allowed to run around the auditorium. 

Moms:  please let me know which show you are available to help with.  We want you to be able to watch one show and help with another.  :)

Decorating:  The set pieces for the "Land of the Sweets" will need to be decorated during dress rehearsal on December 15th from 4 to 6 pm.  Extra hands will make it go faster.

Chair set up:  audience chairs need to be set up on Tuesday, anytime between 4 to 10 pm

Sandra Lloyd Performing Arts Center, 12830 S. Redwood Rd, Riverton, UT 84065 (behind Riverton City Hall)

Tuesday, December 16th

4:00 to 6:00 pm  Stage set up, unload

6:00 to 6:30 pm  Finish set up stage, floor prep, prop setup, set up in dressing rooms and warm up

6:30 to 9:00 pm FULL REHEARSAL, Full Makeup and costume.  We will focus on light/sound tech and staging.  Young dancers will be dismissed no later than 9 pm.

9 to 10 pm End of Act I – Snow, Act II (except Angels and Chinese, Bon Bons) Sugar Plum, Cavalier, Waltz, ALL variations – staging and rehearsal

Wednesday, December 17^th

6:00 to 10 pm FULL REHEARSAL, FULL MAKEUP and COSTUME.  We will run the full show TWICE.  We want to have the young dancers done by 9 or 9:30 pm.  We apologize in advance for this late rehearsal.  It is unavoidable.  :)

Today we will need only the children from the Party Scene from 6 to 7:00 pm.  We will be working on the Children's Dance and costuming.
