Cast Meeting and First Rehearsal

 Dear Cast,

Rehearsals for this weekend:

Friday, October 2nd

5:00 to 6:00 Battle Scene (mice, soldiers, Mouse King and Nutcracker, Clara)

6 to 6:30 pm Clara and Nutcracker

6:30 to 7:30 Party Boys and Girls

7:30 to 8:30 Maids and Adults in party scene

Saturday, October 3rd

1:30 to 2:30 pm Butterscotch and Bon Bons

2:30 to 3:30 pm Mirliton and Angels

4 to 5:30 pm  Snow Scene (Snow Corp and SnowFlakes, Snow Queen/King at 5:00 to 5:30 pm)

4:00 to 5:00 pm Russian

5:30 to 6:30 pm Waltz of Flowers (Corp and Dew)

5:30 to 6:30 pm Party Dolls

6:30 to 7:30 pm Spanish and Chinese

Arabians TBA

Sugar Plum and Cavalier TBA

CAST MEETING:

Saturday, October 3 @  4:30 pm 

Where:  Wasatch Arts Center:  Outside, Back parking lot.  

Please park in the front of the building or at the next door business (People Ready)

Bring a blanket or chair to sit on.  Try to carpool.

Who:  Everyone in the cast.  One parent needs to come with dancers under the age of 18. 

How long:  The meeting will last about 45 minutes.  Those in rehearsal will just take a break from rehearsal and come to the meeting.

What:  We will be going over the cast rules, expectations and collecting participation fees from dancers.  We will also discuss volunteer options and our performances.
